The college has been embroiled in disputes due to alleged criminal activities by its management, leading to paralysis of academic activities. On September 23, 2025, Justices Manish Pitale and Y.G. The court was approached by several employees challenging their suspension orders and seeking the appointment of an Administrator and transfer of management due to alleged malfeasance by the college's management.
