New Delhi, Mar 31 A Delhi court on Monday sent to one-day CBI custody a deputy commissioner and an administrative officer of Municipal Corporation of Delhi in a corruption case.
Special Judge (PC Act) Dig Vinay Singh allowed a day-long custodial interrogation of Lt Col Abhishek Kumar Mishra, Deputy Commissioner, Shahdara North, and the other officer, who were arrested in a Rs 4 lakh bribery case.
According to the officials, the Central Bureau of Investigation arrested Mishra after he sought a bribe.
