Chennai, Mar 6 Justice Sushrut Arvind Dharmadhikari was sworn in as Chief Justice of the Madras High Court here on Friday.
In a simple ceremony held at the Lok Bhavan, Governor RN Ravi administered the oath of office to Justice Dharmadhikari. He will be the 55th chief justice of the high court.
Tamil Nadu Natural Resources Minister S Regupathy and top officials led by Chief Secretary N Muruganandam took part in the function.
