Nainital, Jan 2 Uttarakhand High Court Chief Justice G Narendar will retire on January 9 when a full court meeting and a farewell ceremony will be held to felicitate him.
High Court Registrar General Yogesh Kumar Gupta has issued a notice on the retirement of the chief justice.
Justice Manoj Kumar Gupta who is currently posted in the Allahabad High Court will take Justice Narendar's place as the chief justice.
